Nicholas Harary is one of the most highly regarded chefs in New Jersey--and that's not just Mark and Francis' opinion but also that of the New York Times, which recently said that very thing in the national food section. This is unprecedented for a chef cooking in NJ. "Nobody was more shocked than I" says Nicholas. He joins the guys to talk about operating outside New York, his newfound fame. The guys dish about restaurant reality shows and the finer points of service.
Nicholas and his wife Melissa are currently expanding their restaurant in Middletown, NJ (just outside of Redbank). Not only are Nicholas, Melissa, Francis and Mark friends and colleagues, but Restaurant Nicholas is also Mark and Francis' favorite restaurant in New Jersey (aside from their own of course).
