Fish Risk vs. Reward: While eating fish containing omega 3 while pregnant can be beneficial - some studies suggest it can raise the IQ of the baby - too much mercury in fish can lower the baby's IQ. One study suggests that just one serving of swordfish per week while pregnant can lower the baby's IQ 7 points. "Where are we going and how did we get into this hand-basket?"
