Knife + Fork is Damien Brassel's New York solo debut. A showcase for modern European cooking and intense, vibrant flavors Recently his restaurant has been targeted by anti-foie gras demonstrators. Mark and Francis also visit "disinformation" propagated by corn growers about high fructose corn syrup.
