David Wondrich is widely recognized as one of the world's foremost authorities on cocktails and their history. He is one of the founders of Beverage Alcohol Resource, has worked with the Museum of the American Cocktail, and is author of several books on the subject of cocktails. His latest book, Imbibe! has earned him a James Beard Nomination. He joins us today to discuss that book, Jerry Thomas, and cocktails in general.
