Craig Shelton

Craig Shelton is one of the nation's most celebrated chefs: the first person to grace the cover of Gourmet magazine, a James Beard Award winner, and the man behind the Garden State's first four-star restaurant -- the famed Ryland Inn. But since devastating water damage last year, the Inn has been closed, and loyalists have been questioning, "What's next?" Now, Shelton has a new venture -- which he's literally "pouring" all his energy into: making the perfect (and best) cup o' Joe. Joining us to talk today about his Chef's Coffee line is Craig Shelton.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
