Liz Pearson of Saveur Magazine Returns

Liz Pearson is a returning guest to the show she is the director of the test kitchen at Saveur Magazine and also the writer of the Pantry section. She became the director in September of 2005 after hard work as an intern and then a freelance writer. She's a graduate of Bard College and of the Culinary Institute of America. Before moving to New York she was a Private Chef in her home state of Texas.
