Pork & Sons
Author Stephane Reynaud has written the cookbook Pork and Sons, filled with fantastically vivid pictures of porcine delights. The book was awarded French Cookbook of the Year in 2006, but the title is slightly misleading; Pork and Sons is not just a cookbook, it is a paean to pork. Reynaud carefully crafted the book to include everything from recipes to his family's history with the delicious meat. Pork and Sons is a unique and masterful tribute to pigs, pork and the people who eat it.
