Mary Ann Esposito

Television Chef/Author, Ciao Italia

One of America's most loved and longest running television chefs, Mary Ann Esposito joins The Restaurant Guys to reminisce with Mark about their common Italian culinary heritage, to discuss Italian food in America and also what's going on back in Italy. Alarmingly, some of the traditional cooking is dying out there as well. Mary Ann teaches throughout Italy in various cooking schools. She holds a degree in Italian history as well. We also talk about her Italian cooking show's 16-year run and all the places it's taken her.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
