Steven Witherly Returns

Steven Witherly joins The Guys to discuss his soon to be published book, "Why People Like Junk Food: Food Pleasure Explained." In this book, Witherly examines the techniques and approaches of past guests Thomas Keller and Anthony Bourdain who are both "French inspired and have a passion for writing". Keller, explains Witherly, has an ability to "look at what is good and take it to the next level". Witherly explains how cravings are formed (don't eat junk food in your car), why we like hot and cold food and why shallots are a super secret ingredient.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
