It's not too early to start planning for New Year's Eve. The Guys are putting on a great show featuring fabulous dinners in both Stage Left and Catherine Lombardi and a concert starring Jacqui Naylor, one of the hottest new voices in jazz.

Marcel Biro is One of the youngest chefs in European history to achieve the title Master, Marcel is star of the Emmy Award-winning, national PBS reality-cooking series The Kitchens of Biro. He is the co-author of Biro: European-Inspired Cuisine and the forthcoming O: SpanAsian Cuisine by Biro (Gibbs Smith, February 2007); and CEO and chef of Biro Internationale,. He is the chef/owner of Biro Restaurant and Wine Bar and O- a biro restaurant. He is here to speak with us today about his culinary empire and his newest book "Biro: European Inspired Cusine."
