Sean Harrison

Plymouth Gin

Straight from the WCTC Newsroom: Hamburgers gone wild! The Guys review some "interesting" twists on the classic including serving a bacon cheese burger on a bun fashioned out of a Krispy Kreme Doughnut... Well...Yuck.

Sean Harrison joined Plymouth Gin in 1994 and has since risen to become Master Distiller and keeper of the coveted 200-year-old recipe, which has been passed down verbally to every Master Distiller since 1793. He is one of only 22 Master Gin Distillers in the world. He joins The Guys to talk about one of our favorite elixirs. Did you know that gin is actually the first flavored vodka? Confused? Then listen to the show!

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
