Craig Minowa of the Organic Consumers Association

Craig Minowa has been an actively working as a researcher and writer for environmental nonprofits for over a decade. He is an Environmental Scientist with the Organic Consumers Association. He is here to talk to The Guys about the problems with the organic food industry including loop holes in USDA standards that allow the labeling of factory farm milk as "organic." Craig informed us that only 1/10th of 1% of all US government farm subsidies go to true organic farming. The Cornucopia Institute had conducted a study of organic milk producers and presents the Dairy Report and Scorecard which rates milk producers on their adherence to legal and ethical standards for producing milk.
