Dale is the preeminent authority on cocktails in America. Lectures and consults all over the world, especially in New York, London and New Orleans. Since the days when he played an integral role in the resurgence of the cocktail heading up The Rainbow Room under Joe Baum, his reputation has only increased. He is the father of the American cocktail revolution, a barman, author, raconteur and scholar. He's also an old friend. You should hear us sing Danny Boy at 1 o'clock in the morning.
