The Guys welcome back Michael Ruhlman, author of several books on food including his latest Charcuterie: The Craft of Salting, Smoking and Curing. Michael suggest you make your own bacon! Won't taste anything like the stuff you buy in the store. Preparing Pate is just like preparing a meat loaf according to Michael. The book is a beautiful homage to a dying art.
