Anthony Giglio

Wine Columnist and Restaurant Critic

The Guys welcome back Anthony Giglio, wine columnist for Boston Magazine and restaurant critic for New Jersey Life Magazine and the New York Sun. Anthony has recently edited the 70th anniversary edition of "Mr. Boston: All-New Official Bartender's and Party Guide". For years this was the definitive guide for making cocktails. Then in the 1970s the guide lost its place of prominence with recipes calling for mixes and short cuts. the guide is back to its full glory with real recipes that really mean real! The Guys chat with Anthony about becoming the new Mr. Boston himself.

The Restaurant Guys

Who Are The Restaurant Guys? Every week, Francis Schott and Mark Pascal host the Restaurant Guys, a show that's as informative as it is fun. Francis and Mark own Stage Left Restaurant in the heart of New Brunswick's theatre district, and, along with their expertise in a wide range of fine dining and wine matters, they bring to the table humor and intelligent conversation, perfect for the midday listener. The show includes discussions and interviews with famous chefs, restaurateurs, wine and food writers, critics; and the Guys even give stuff away occasionally.
