Student's Koolich Recipe

  1. Mix yeast with warm milk and mix in above ingredients.  Dough should be able to handle--not too soft and not too hard.
  2. Add white (golden) raisons and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  3. Let dough rise one hour.  Put 1/2 dough in pan with hole in it.  Make a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.  Then put on top and let rise.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
